| Summary | The Croation DPA (azop) has imposed a fine of EUR 3,583 on a retailer. The controller had installed a video surveillance system in their premises, however the DPA found that the controller failed to inform the data subjects about the fact that they would be recorded by the CCTV. The DPA therefore concluded that the controller had violated Art. 27 (1) of the Croatian Act on the Implementation of the GDPR. |
