Summary | The Italian DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 2,500 on the ‘Isabella Gonzaga’ high school. The school had published a document, which also contained personal health data of some teachers, on an online platform for the teaching staff. The document contained information on benefits linked to the health status of teachers who were entitled to such benefits. In the course of its investigation, the DPA found that the school had published the data without a valid legal basis and therefore had acted unlawfully. |
