Details:

Summary The Italian DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 11,000 on the Territorial Administration of the Government of Genoa. The department had published a file on its website that contained a table listing information on the lawyers of two companies and their adult cohabiting family members (about a hundred people in total). In the course of its investigation, the DPA found that the department had published the information without a valid legal basis.
