Summary The Italian DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 3,000 on the company Zito Auto di Gianfranco Zito. The company had installed video surveillance cameras which monitored, among other things, public spaces and employees. The DPA considered this to be a violation of the principle of data minimization (Art. 5 (1) c) GDPR).
