| Summary | The Romanian DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 10,000 on SUDREZIDENȚIAL Broker S.R.L.. An employee of the controller had unauthorizedly published an Excel spreadsheet containing personal data, such as first name, last name, telephone number, ID number, e-mail address, bank details, etc. of 509 customers of the controller on the Internet. In the course of its investigation, the DPA found that the controller had failed to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. |
