Summary The Spanish DPA has imposed a fine on GUUDJOB WORLDWIDE S.L.. An individual filed a complaint with the DPA claiming that the controller had not complied with their request to delete their personal data. The individual had posted a review on the controller’s website. After seeing that their name had been published, they asked for their data to be deleted. However, the controller did not comply with this request in due time. The original fine of EUR 1,000 was reduced to EUR 800 due to voluntary payment.
