| Summary | The Spanish DPA (AEPD) has imposed a fine of EUR 5,000 on HazteOir.Org. The controller had published a brochure on sex education in schools which unlawfully contained the photos and names of three data subjects who had not given their consent. The original fine of EUR 5,000 was reduced by 20% to EUR 4,000 due to immediate payment. |
