| Summary | The Spanish DPA has imposed a fine on LAST LAP, S.L.. Last Lap organizes the San Silvestre road running race. Race participants were required to show their vaccination certificate or provide a PCR or antigen test before the race. During its investigation, the DPA found that the company did not have an effective legal basis for processing the health data. The original fine of EUR 16,000 was reduced to EUR 9,600 due to voluntary payment and admission of responsibility. |
