Summary The Spanish DPA has fined MUXERS CONCEPT, S.L. EUR 20,000. The company had installed video surveillance cameras and microphones in the employee changing room in one of the restaurants it operates. The DPA found that there was no legal basis for such extensive processing of the employees’ personal data and that the processing was therefore unlawful.
