| Summary | The Spanish DPA (AEPD) imposed a fine of EUR 40,000 on Xfera Móviles S.A.. The data subject claimed a violation of its right to information to the AEPD. The AEPD then issued a request to the controller to comply with the data subject’s request for information within a period of 10 days and to prove this to the AEPD. However, the controller did not comply with the request within the deadline. The original fine of EUR 40,000 was reduced to EUR 24,000 due to immediate payment and admission of responsibility by the controller. |
